HENGFENG CO.,LTD, located in Hanchuan, Hubei Province, is a modern hardware manufacturer that combines design, production, sales and service in one company. Since our inception in 2008, we have expanded factory floor space to the current 800+ square meters; we have invested in our manufacturing capability to consist of 8 automatic lathes, 3 CNC lathes, 3 milling machines, and 3 processing centers; we have grown our company to over 40 staffs; and we have entered into the global market since 2009. We will continue to grow our manufacturing capacity and staff to fulfill our customers’ needs.
Our products are mainly used in machinery , electronics , telecommunications, medical and other fields . Our main products are automatic lathe , CNC lathe , CNC milling machine , fasteners and some other machine parts . We have experiences in dealing with a variety of materials , such as AL6061/7075,SUS303/304,ESD225/420,DELRIN/DELRIN AF, LEAX, S136H,SS440,17-4PH, titanium alloy, high temperature alloys , copper . We have established partnership with several factories that produce casting parts and spring parts . We share resources (machine and staff) with our manufacturing partners since we believe in making the best quality products with the most qualified professionals .
We firmly believe in product quality drives customer satisfaction . We further believe that quality must start from the beginning . We have therefore established a total quality assurance process starting from the very beginning till the end - customer design/ print , price quote process , material certification , manufacturing samples and tools , production run parts inspection and testing (when / if specified by the customer ),packing , shipping , and post sales service . We strive to be the best quality company in our industry . Although we are not there yet , we have sull confidence that we can get there from our current 95% customer satisfation rate .
